xbja Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the xbja website accessible at xbja.io and all associated mobile web interfaces, pages, and features.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers for or accesses an xbja account.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player to access xbja services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus or promotional funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cashable balance awarded under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted, as stated in the relevant promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for account approval and withdrawals.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all xbja timestamps and support hours.

By accessing xbja, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, along with any supplemental rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of xbja regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the Platform. They supersede any prior representations, discussions, or agreements between you and xbja, whether oral or written.

If you are using xbja on behalf of a third party or in a commercial capacity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. xbja does not permit commercial or institutional betting accounts without prior written agreement.

To open and maintain an xbja account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting without prior written consent from xbja).
• You are not accessing xbja from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where such prohibition applies to offshore platforms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of xbja or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of such a person, unless xbja has given express written permission.
• You have not been previously excluded from xbja under a self-exclusion request or administrative ban.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds.

xbja is an offshore platform. Players in Bangladesh are individually responsible for assessing and complying with applicable local laws regarding online betting. xbja makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one xbja account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. xbja reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Proof of address may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending further review.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain current. xbja accepts no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or other issues arising from outdated account information.

All financial transactions on xbja are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). xbja does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The applicable payment methods at any given time are displayed in the Account dashboard and include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only
• Target withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods
• Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank
• xbja does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges

xbja applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all transactions. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account. xbja reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for large or unusual transaction patterns.

Deposits made to an xbja account are held in trust for the Player and may not be used by xbja for operational purposes. In the event that a deposit cannot be matched to an account or is made in error, the Player should contact support at [email protected] to initiate a trace.

xbja may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, valid game types, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all xbja promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are played first by default.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements are completed in full.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player per lifetime, regardless of account closure and re-registration.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• xbja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, including after a bonus has been issued but before wagering requirements have been met.
• In the event of a conflict between the general bonus rules and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

All bets placed on xbja are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting market or game lobby and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

xbja reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period.
• A clear pricing error or technical fault results in manifestly incorrect odds being offered.
• Reliable official result data is not available within a reasonable timeframe following an event.
• Evidence of match manipulation, spot-fixing, or other integrity violations relating to the relevant event comes to light.
• The Platform experiences a technical outage during a live event that prevents fair in-play settlement.

The maximum payout for any single bet or parlay bet may be capped at limits specified within the relevant market. Where a winning bet exceeds the stated maximum payout, xbja will settle the bet at the capped amount and return the remainder as void stake.

Decisions by xbja on bet settlement are final once confirmed in the Account transaction history. Disputes must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the disputed settlement appearing in the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbja and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. xbja reserves the right to take any of the actions described in Section 13 (Termination) upon detecting any of the following:

• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or interact with Platform features in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes or share winnings from separate accounts.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes — commonly referred to as "bug abuse" — to generate artificial profits.
• Conducting transactions through third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
• Using xbja to launder money or conduct any transaction that a reasonable person would consider connected to criminal activity.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting or abuse of in-play betting latency in a manner inconsistent with recreational use.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbja staff or other users via any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, xbja may, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all open and settled bets connected to the conduct, withhold or recover funds obtained through the prohibited conduct, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the xbja Platform — including but not limited to the xbja brand name, logo, visual design, page layouts, written content, software, code, graphics, icons, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbja or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Game content provided by third-party studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights. xbja holds appropriate licences to distribute this content and Players access it solely through those licences.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbja's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbja expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of xbja.
• Platform downtime, technical faults, server errors, internet connectivity issues, or any interruption to the availability of the Platform that is beyond xbja's reasonable control.
• Any action taken by xbja in good faith in response to suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension pending investigation.
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data providers engaged by xbja to deliver Platform services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions operates to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

xbja collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an xbja account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xbja uses personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and personalise your experience on the Platform. xbja does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

Players may request a copy of their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of their data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable data protection standards.

xbja is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players at no charge:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — set and adjusted via the Account dashboard
• Daily, weekly, and monthly wagering limits
• Session duration alerts — notifications after a specified period of continuous play
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — during which betting and deposits are disabled
• Permanent self-exclusion — a voluntary ban from xbja for a minimum of six months, extendable to permanent
• Account activity and transaction history — accessible at any time for self-assessment

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. xbja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by xbja.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• A legally binding instruction from a competent authority, court, or regulatory body requiring xbja to restrict or close the account.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon account closure for any reason, any Bonus Funds or promotional credits held in the account are forfeited immediately. Real-money balances will be returned as described above, subject to any deductions lawfully permitted under these Terms or applicable law.

xbja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to the address registered on the account, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by legal obligation or to prevent harm.

Your continued use of xbja following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xbja is incorporated, to the extent permissible under applicable international private law principles.

xbja is an offshore platform. Players located in Bangladesh use the Platform on the understanding that they are connecting to services operated outside Bangladesh. xbja makes no representation that the Platform or its services comply with Bangladeshi domestic gambling regulations. Players are solely responsible for their own legal compliance in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through xbja's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You agree that any such arbitration shall be conducted in English and resolved on an individual basis — class actions or collective proceedings are not permitted.
